<b>CSC <\/b>(<b>Cahier Sp\u00e9cial des Charges<\/b>) est un des principaux document du <b>Dossier des soumission<\/b>. C\u2019est une pi\u00e8ce g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9dig\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019un <b>march\u00e9 public.<\/b> Toutefois, elle peut \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00eatre pour un projet de particulier. Il s\u2019agit tout d\u2019abord d\u2019un <b>document contractuel<\/b>. Ainsi, cette pi\u00e8ce permettra aux entreprises de comprendre quels sont les moyens techniques \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019ouvrage. De plus, c\u2019est sur la base du <b>cahier des charges<\/b> que les <b>soumissionnaires<\/b> \u00e9tablissent leurs <b>propositions commerciales<\/b>.
